Hi,

We are looking Front Office Executive for our consulting firm at Vaishali, Ghaziabad.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities :

1. Keep front desk presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)

2. Greet and welcome guests.

3. Answer questions and address complaints.

4. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.

5. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

Check, sort and forward emails.

6. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

7. Keep updated records and files.

Desirable Candidate Profile ;

1. Candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience of front office / Reception / Computer operator domain profile experience.

2 Should be presentable and active person.

3. Good command over the computer application - i.e. MS Word, Excel , PPT, Outlook

4. Minimum 25 wpm typing speed.

5. Candidate should be only from 5 to 10 km. distance.

Salary - 12,000 to 15,000 in hand
