What is the opportunity?

We are hiring for our content team.

The charter for this role will be steering organic Google Search-led traffic through originally created written technical content (articles, blogs & whitepapers) around data systems, tools, processes & workflows.

We prefer a generalist who is hypercurious, sharp and likes expressing herself. We do expect an excitement for understanding data systems. Projects and prior internships in data engineering or data analyst roles would help with success in this role.

Through this role, you would be an expert on all things data - you will have accelerated your learning at a faster pace than any of your peers (or recent seniors).

This will help shape a longer-term career path into data or marketing roles.

The founding team members are IITD/IITKGP/IIMA alumni with a collective experience of 20+ years in the Indian tech ecosystem through key leadership roles in companies such as Zomato,

Gaana, Matrix Partners India (VC), eBay, Dell, Schlumberger. They bring a full-stack business building experience across product, strategy, analytics, marketing and fundraising.

What are we building?

We are a SaaS startup building a no-code data integrations platform for the modern data stack.

Our product combines data sources from multiple disparate sources and applications, including marketing tech, sales CRM, financial system software and customer support products to build a 360-degree view of the business.

Digital-first businesses such as e-commerce and D2C brands use several software systems for managing their business operations. Getting full visibility across the data stack is challenging because data doesn’t flow smoothly across systems.

Companies hire large teams to build solutions for this and drain time, effort & money.

Where do I fit in?

One-line summary: you help bring inbound traffic to our platform by conceptualizing and executing our content strategy so that we show up on Google search ranking and get leads.

You should be able to write similar or better blog posts compared to the ones in the link.
• Competitive landscaping - Research on industry trends, and competitor activity to identify

underserved user queries
• Understanding basic data process workflows
• Cover data use cases from software
• Converting your knowledge into daily articles to be published on our company blog
• Identifying growth hacks for seeding content across communities & channels

A longer-term role can evolve based on how the candidate would like to shape it.

Ideal profile
• Love for technology & products
• Past experience working on data systems, tools, workflows
• Experience in data engineering or data/business analyst roles
• Curiosity to know how things work
• Research mindset - Willingness to use the internet to learn anything
• Likes dealing with data & numbers (e.g. loves proving a point with data)
• Ability to grasp concepts and convert them to tutorials.
• Has an opinion - Not a pushover
• Articulates well (e.g. a good storyteller)
• Teaching mindset (e.g. enjoys teaching a friend)
• Competent in English
• Bonus - prior user of data tools such as Excel, SQL (or willing to learn)
