Key Responsibilities (Functional)
Accounting
Indepth Practical understanding of Ind AS
Control over preparation of balance sheet of NIIT Limited
Control over financials of Domestic Subsidiary Companies
EPS Computation
ESOP Accounting
Control Over Related Party Transactions & its Approvals
Management cost recovery from Subsidiary Companies
Managerial Remuneration
Variance Analysis on quarlerly and annual basis
Monthly Trial Balance Review.
Audit
Action plan and execution of Quarterly Limited Review
Action plan and execution of Annual Statutory Audit.
Action plan and execution of Annual Tax Audit.
Other requirements
Should have worked in ERP (SAP) Environment.
Should be hard working, having dynamic approach and problem solving attitude.
Work experience in a listed company having subsidiaries would be an added advantage
Behavioural Skills / Attributes for the role

Need to be good at Inter Personnel Skills
Experience
- Minimum (# of years)
5
- Maximum (# of years)
8
- Relvant experience (should not be less than minimum experience)
