AGM Commercial

Position – AGM-Commercial or above

Job Location- Gurgaon (work-from-office)

Job Status- Permanent

Job Purpose: The position will be responsible for entire commercial cycle – Assessing the market, contacting prospects and hunting for new partnerships, engaging with new service providers, creating innovative product options, Presenting the company value proposition, price negotiation, closing the agreement and post agreement relationship management across domestic and international boundaries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Account Management

- Onboarding New Lounges/ F & B Outlets/SPA/MAAS/Airport Retail/Airport Transfers

- Price negotiations

- Market Intelligence

- New Product launches

- Develop new product lines/services

Relationship management

- Manage relationship with Commercial and outlet team at multiple levels

- Price Comparisons for similar markets

- With Airport operators

- With Airport Concessionaires

- Other ancillary partners

Team management

- Manage the team members

- Define and track KRA’s of the team

- Team building, team development

MIS

- Generate reports for the management regarding productivity

- Track changes in the volumes and allocate reasons for the same

- Use data to share projections.

- Track renewals, and changes in the partners teams etc

General management

- Manage day to day operational activities

- Cost Management

- Improve productivity of the teams

Qualification:

Work Experience: + years or above

Qualification: MBA from reputed institution Strong communication skills
