3 - 4 years of relevant experience required.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conceive, develop, and execute with good ideation.
• Independently handle large projects and work with the team to come up with great ideas for various briefs.
• The candidate will also need to handle photo shoots, photographer selection, creative briefing, art direction of the shoot, etc.

The Visual Design Lead will be responsible for managing all design projects from concept to delivery. Other responsibilities include creating original artwork and reviewing the drafts of designers to ensure qualitative and timely output.

A candidate should:
• Be able to understand the client's requirements, basic proposals, guideline documents, etc.
• Have a good understanding of storyboards and be able to convert the content into rich and engaging visuals.
• Have knowledge of animation and video creation processes.
• Have a good knowledge of conversion tools.
• Should have knowledge of authoring tools and their limitations.
• Do a visual review and give constructive feedback.
• Plan and assign tasks to the designers.
• Be a good communicator.
• Be good at trendy design layouts, typography, use of colours, aesthetics, etc.
• Have a strong portfolio

Duties and Responsibilities
• Visualise, brainstorm, ideate, and transform ideas into effective designs and artwork.
• Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively
• Creating illustrations, storyboards, character designs, mascots, etc. for campaigns
• Creative and innovative concepts for new briefs and pitches
• Knowledge of the most recent social media trends, as well as the ability to adapt and present innovative ideas
• A thorough understanding of brand colours and a mood board
• Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences.

Requirements
• Student of Applied Arts
• A thorough knowledge of Lightroom, Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Proven work experience as a visualiser in an ad agency
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Should possess leadership skills.
• Must possess excellent design creativity, flair, and a positive attitude with a first-class eye for design details.
• Should be able to produce results in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines.
• Ability to produce as an individual or as a part of a team as well.
