Experience: 1 to 3 year

Mandatory skills: Online Learning, Career Counseling, Product Demo, Microsoft Excel, Daily Sales

Job Description
• Career counseling to students for different careers in government jobs
• Guide students on how online learning is better than offline learning
• Explain Online Learning products and its USPs to students
• Give product demo to students
• Sell online courses and achieve daily sales target
• Lead generation and regular follow-ups to prospect leads for sales
• Product-related students query resolutions
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Cash Management at the center
• Well versed with Microsoft excel and near sheet

Required Skills
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Very strong selling skills
• Fluent in the Hindi language
• Good team player
• Outspoken with good people skills
• Experience in Edtech sector is preferred
