AJIO Business Hiring Sales Officer | Andhra Pradesh

Roles and Responsibilities
• Will report to Area Retail Manager
• To onboard new retailers into the business to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the territorial market up to required dimensioning
• To achieve their overall sales target through regular visits, scheme communication, and timely material service.
• To achieve the assigned business objectives for the territory on a daily level and work towards the achievement of targets both store buying and selling.
• Execute installation of marketing collaterals and VM elements in all stores
• Ensure that all the processes; routine checks and systems for stores are completed accurately on time
• To collect payments from retailers as per the set benchmarks through monitoring the outstanding payments on a regular basis and take measures to nullify credit over dues
• Track and solve retailers queries timely to maintain a productive relationship
• Assist retailers in providing the solution to end consumers for any complaints or queries

Minimum Requirements
• Retail background in F&L category
• 2 to 3 year of experience
• Need to have sales acumen to manage B2B KPIs
