Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate the arrival and departures of the guests.
• Conducting Daily Reservations Sales Activities
• Handle the queries of the guests related to any procedure of the hotel efficiently
• To manage all Guests and Corporate correspondence
• Attending Incoming & Outgoing Calls
• Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely
• To co-ordinate with various departments as per guest requirement / inquiries
• Payment collection from guest
• To supervise the efficient operations of reception including check in/out procedures
Preferred Skills
• Should be an extrovert.
• Should have excellent communication skill.
• Worked on Software - IDS
