Starting Salary For Fresher's : 15,500 to 56,500.

2. Data Entry / Data processing : - 17,500 to 32500

3. Accountant / MIS, team leader : - 1+,600 to 46,850

4. Back Office : - 17,850 to 36,500

5. Customer Service Executive / customer support : - 17,550 to 2+,800

Responcebilities:

Maintaing and tracking KPI

Maintaining MIS

Coordinate with Project Manager

Client Coordination based on US

Controlling attrition and building Retention initiatives.

Building, implementing the policies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong leadership skills and decision making abilities.

Accountable and responsible.
