We are looking to hire an Appoint maker / Telemarketing Executive who influences customers to book a home visit or come into our showroom by responding intelligently to customers questions and has a proven track record in this area with UK or US customers.

Our company's mission is to "Exceed our clients expectations through expert design, beautiful products and superior service" and our vision is to be the UK's best 360 Luxury Furniture & Interior Design house.

We work with some of the sexiest designer furniture & interior brands on the planet and are involved in some amazing projects.

About the Job Role:

Making outbound warm and cold calls.
Understanding client requirements
Filtering clients for the UK based sales team
Confidently speak with UK clients.
Understanding our luxury products and services
Most importantly, someone who enjoys talking to people and understanding their pain points.
Answering inbound calls and redirecting where appropriate.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have at least 3 years relevant experience
Successful record engaging with a high end, sophisticated audience.
You must have a good level of computer literacy & have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel or similar.
Polite, fun telephone manner.
Excellent customer service skills.
Genuine curiosity about understanding the customer’s needs and solving them.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: ₹50.00 - ₹55.00 per hour
