Managing clients' investment portfolios to ensure financial successDiscussing major financial goals of clients to better understand their objectivesUpdating clients and customers on their portfolio activity and successMaintaining strong relationships with clients to build trustProactively seeking new clients for the bankDeveloping presentations for new clients to help them understand how the bank can help themConducting risk assessments on investment options and reporting them to the clientEnsuring they follow strict banking policies and protocolsAbility to manage relationships to improve relationship value of existing ClientsExperience in building and maintaining long term relationships, deepening relationship and growing revenues for the organizationAptitude towards delivering high quality customer service with good organizational and interpersonal skillsDecision making skills with strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressureEnsure compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements
