Application Support Engineer| Production Support Engineer

Role Description: This role provides technical support in Azure PaaS Space to Microsoft customers, partners, internal staff and/or others on critical issues experienced with Microsoft technologies. A Support Engineer is responsible for providing quality support for Azure PaaS/Developer services with a high degree of customer happiness; provide responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to Microsoft customers. Qualifications and Experience: 4+ years of experience as an L3/L2 Application Support Engineer/ Production Support Engineer background with Basic Dotnet and Microsoft Azure Cloud skills Should have been resolved Incidents within SLA Basic knowledge on C# dotnet framework and SQL with Application support. Working knowledge on Azure Portal and PowerShell to deploy resources, especially from PaaS. Must have knowledge about Azure Cloud Storage, Azure Redis Cache and its services, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Azure Policy, Terraform, Blueprints, Azure Cloud Service Azure Batch, APIM (Azure API Management). Understanding of Azure Firewall /NSG Proficiency in handling Rest API's and relative tools (Postman, Fiddler). Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, debugging skills, problem analysis and resolution, good judgment/decision making ability. Prior experience in customer handling via voice, chat and Email. Should have Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written (Must), customer service skills and customer focused attitude. To provide support to customers on 24X7 rotational shift basis. Good to have AZ-+00 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification
