Job Profile

To manage branches of the assigned bank .

Leads will be generated from the bank .

Convert leads into sales .

Initiate business development strategies so as to generate good volume of business through bank branches .

To maintain good relationship with bank staffs .

Salary:3,00,000 - 4,50,000P.A + incentives

Roles And Responsibilities

Bancassurance channel is the basis of doing business through Banks. The way it works is insurance companies at the head office level may have a national tie up with specific bank/banks.

Roles And Responsibilities

Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partners.

Help partners to generate and track leads, close sales.

Help partners to upsell and cross sell to customers basis need analysis.

Help the partner facilitate their training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel at all times.

Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction on selling process and products.

Review Sales plan of the partner and support their growth.
