Operations Executive – Job Description

 Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.

 Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all departments and business functions and achieve organizational goals.

 Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

 Managing projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks and details.

 Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, employees, and partners.

 Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and build partnerships with other businesses to create new opportunities for growth

 Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and tact.

 Oversee smooth and timely delivery of all services.

 Managing team’s productivity, Discipline, Attendance and Performance.  Handle Customer Escalations and Effectively Resolve Issues.

 Coordinating with the internal team members and maintaining good relations.  Monthly payment follow-ups.

 Handling office administrative work.

 Also handling work as and when required. SKILLS Required  Communication, Decision Making, Problem solving, Critical thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
