Job Scope -
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled food science technician for measuring and analyzing the quality of food while testing products. She will undertake cooking trials, record observations, conduct laboratory testing and report the observations.
Job Responsibilities -
• Collect and prepare testing materials and products to undergo testing in accordance with established procedures
• Test products to ensure that they comply with established safety standards
• Help food scientists with food research, development, and quality control
• To develop recipe of the food items for adding up in recipe book basis claims
• Support in content creation like DFU, Recipe book, UFMEA for selected projects.
• Maintaining PRC samples.
• Take care of ingredient purchase, accounts handling and bills settlement for everyday PRC purchase with the help of PRC staff.
• Compile and analyze test results
• Prepare charts, presentations, and reports describing test results
• Prepare and maintain quantities of materials needed to perform laboratory tests
• Maintain a safe, sterile laboratory environment
