The job description for the said position is as follows: Roles Responsibilities: - Setting up and promoting FPO with membership of farmers in target cluster Engagement in the promotion and Nurturing of Farmer Producer Organization at Block Level and its Village level institutions. Engaging in Agri-Business activities to promote the products and enhance the profit of the FPO. Mobilisation of farms. Building strong rapport with District Block Agriculture department, establishing linkages in local and Outstation Agribusiness Marketing for input and output supplies and demand. Coordinating with staff and internal resources Engagement in FPO and its members to make strategies and planning for Indenting, crop Planning, Sale, and Purchase of Produce. Regular field visits for providing handholding support to the community resource persons, and farmers around Agriculture and Market linkages of Produce and Input supplies. Influencing and drawing support from relevant stakeholders. Reviewing, monitoring, and tracking activities, preparation progress, and Planning. Qualification and Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work/ Agri Business from premier Institute / University.
