Medical Sales Representative

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for persuasive medical representative to promote and sell company medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals to oversee business operations in region(DELHI, NCR) , for Progress Pharma, is now a fastest growing pharmaceutical marketing company deals in general, Ortho and Gyne segments. In the span of 18 years, it has established an enviable reputation & track record of adopting latest technologies introducing world class quality of products, ground breaking research & development efforts in association with its foreign counterparts.

We are exploring states like Bihar, Odisha, A.P & Telangana, west Bengal and Assam. Now we are entering in DELHI, NCR region. Head office is situated at Noida sector -132.

Medical Representative Responsibilities:
• Selling the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
• Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications.
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Following up on leads generated by the company.
• Preparing presentations for potential customers.
• Researching competitor’s medications and their respective market performances.
• Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.

Medical Representative Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.

· Proven medical sales experience.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Valid driver's license.

· Strong negotiation skills.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Effective communication skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Persuasive and resilient.

· Female candidates are also preferred.

· Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience
