Project Manager | IT| Software

PMP/ITIL/Six Sigma/PRINCE 2. Must have led any projects in the capacity of a Project Manager. Experience in managing projects involving BI tools/AI/ML. Shall have at least 5 years of experience in IT-related project management units. Will have to work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual, functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber. Good Communication, Stakeholder management, and co-ordinations skills to act as a Single Point of Contact between the Business and the Development team to enunciate the Business needs as Enhancements that need to be implemented. Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application on client engagements. Delivery Management, Client communication, Engagement Management, and People Management. Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member contributions and effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential. Should have good experience with Project Management Principles like project estimation, planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, defect management, status reporting, etc. A key responsibility will be taking ownership of the user experience improvement based on engagement metrics. Should be able to lead and manage the team consisting of Data Analysts, Dot net/Java/ Database developers, and SQL Database Administrators.
