Instructional Designer BPO

Hiring Now for an Instructional Designer who is ideas driven

Minimum 2 years of experience in program or project management

Reports To: Sr. Training Director / Training Manager

Graduate from a recognized university, Post Graduate Preferred.

Excellent communication, management and leadership skills

● Direct experience in using e-learning authoring tools to build learning experiences that include

assessments,interactive activities,animated videos,graphic images & text based content (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Pixton, Canva, Camtasia & Vyond)

2+ years direct experience in designing training content to include e-learning courses, instructor lead materials, job aids, system simulations, multimedia products(video, graphic, audio) and other training materials

He/She is passionate about making, learning and invigorating material, courses & experiences

He/She comes from a teaching or training background

He/She can expect to work with subject matter experts on a diverse range of formats and multimedia platforms include developing objectives , rewriting and reshaping content and developing assessments

He/She should also have a firm grasp of how people learn and excellent web design , writing and communication and collaboration skills.
