About The Job

As a MIS Analyst at Randstad RiseSmart, you will work closely with the business leaders and will be the go-to-person for data and insights for a department.

What You Will Do
• You will prepare various weekly, monthly MIS for Reporting.
• You will prepare dashboards and suggest business planning accordingly.
• You will collect data, interpret, analyze, and develop the reports and dashboards.

Skills You Will Need
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant prior experience
• Strong MS Office skills, specifically strong working knowledge of MS Excel advanced (formulas, lookups, pivots, macros) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Tableau & SQL will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
• Result Orientated
• Good Communication Skil
