Associate Staff Accountant

As a finance professional, you will have direct impact on customer experience and drive results. You will use NetSuite, a market leading ERP tool and ensure accuracy in our customer accounts. Run matching of customer payments to billings.Work with Billings and Collections to resolve the issues. Work with Order to Cash team to improve processes with learning and insights from customer payments.

You Will:
Ensure timely application of Cash collected.
Ensure accuracy in cash application process.
Follow up on unapplied cash and duplicate payments by customers.
Assist in maintaining daily cash report.
Closely work with team in collections
Strictly follow the documented process for cash application and suggest the improvement changes required in
process.
Assist in month end close process - Customer Aging, Daily cash reports.
Assist in Fulfilment of audit requirement on time.
Assist accounting team in reconciling bank transaciotns.
Other duties may be assigned.

You Have:
Provide how many years of experience is required for this role - 3 to 5 years of experience in Cash application.
Equivalent experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement.
Graduate degree in Commerce. MBA Preferred.
You have well versed about Salesforce, NetSuite.
Advance knowledge of Excel
Able to handle internal and external users queries independently.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Advance Knowledge of Salesforce/NetSuite will be an added advantage
Proficiency with Word, PPT, MS Office.
