Job Description
Our Client looking for dynamic and proactive candidates for the post of Customer Support Executive (Voice and non-voice process) for our fast-growing E-Commerce in Men's Apparels at the PAN India Level.
Key Responsibilities Areas
• Responsible for receiving, considering, and responding to all customer inquiries/queries through email/call.
• Handling customer concerns and solving customer complaints.
• Taking required actions on customer feedback.
• Replying to customer Emails and Social Media Platform messages (Instagram/Facebook)
Outbound calls- 1)Making the NDR calls to customers and assisting in streamlining the delivery process
• Making Order confirmation calls to High-value customers.
• Coordinating with customers for Reverse pickup of Parcels.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Email
• Should be proactive, soft-spoken, detail-oriented, tactful, calm, punctual, and disciplined.
• Should be confident.
Job Location: Best Nagar ,Goregaon (west) Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 years in same field.
Education Qualification: minimum graduation
