Job Description

Job Summary - The role requires calling and coordination with the customers, brand authorised service centres, dealers / retailers of Electronic Products and Appliances including Mobile Phones - Positions also open for Tamil, Telugu, Malayala, Bangla, Gujarati and Kannada speaking customer service executives / telecallers - Ideally, you should have worked in Customer Service / coordination - Your should be residing in Delhi / NCR as our office location is in adjacent to Jasola Apollo Metro Station (Mathura Road, Jasola). Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: - Leave encashment - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - How many years of experience do you in service centre / call centre? - What is your current CTC? - In which area do you currently live in Delhi / NCR?
