Technician |Mechanical | Electrical

This Role will be responsible for breakdown handling, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of CNC / VMC/ HMC Machine Shop and Foundry. Implementing Root cause analysis or breakdowns. Preventive actions - Mechanical / Electrical. Get the quotes from suppliers for spares & services, certification of work carried out by contractor. To take appropriate decision regarding PM Plan & its implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Breakdown handling in individual shift.Knowledge of CNC / VMC/ HMC Machine Shop machines and Foundry, machines alignment, ball screw replacement, indexing motor and gearbox replacement, air Compressor maintenance. Hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance.Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Machine.To keep the equipment in good working condition.Testing and commissioning of the mechanical assembly as per machine drawing.Maintenance of Material Handling Equipment’s.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

ITI in Fitter / Electrical with 2 to 4 years of experience.Having worked as a Mechanical / Electrical maintenance.Handling Breakdowns and Machine Troubleshooting.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
