Housekeeping Supervisor

1. Take periodic rounds of the internal and external areas (including Nursing College & Hostel) for effectiveness of the services and brief the respective staff for needful corrective/preventive actions.

2. Assess & implement the upkeep, cleanliness & effectiveness of the housekeeping services and coordinate with HODs/in-charges for feedback/updates.

3. Ensure smooth functioning of the Sanitation & Housekeeping departments.

4. Ensure optimum utilization of Housekeeping Supervisors and available workforce.

5. Ensure deployment, availability, turn-up, behavior and discipline of the Sanitation & Housekeeping employees in conjunction with the hospital policy.

6. Raise & follow up the procurement of inventory, associated to the above services.

7. Promptly report any untoward incidence to the reporting authority.

8. Prepare and put up the deployment records for daily/monthly records.

All other job responsibilities of appropriate nature as assigned by the hospital authorities on behalf of the Honorable Management.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
