Sales Executive for Two| Wheeler

We are looking candidates for the post of Sales Executive Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles. Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.

Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services. Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.

Eligibility: Candidates should be Min. Qualifications Higher secondary/Graduation with 1 year Show- room/ counter sales experience (prefer from Automobile).

Skills Require:

Candidate must have pleasant personality.

Candidate must have fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali.

Responsibilities:

Create brand of the organization and prospect of the Business

Meet customer and evaluate their needs

Build harmonious relation with customers

Understand customer requirement and advise the right model and variant from the available range

Address all quarries of customer relates to product and organization

Share the right information about available benefit and terms of sale

Make customer aware every cost before deal finalization

Coordinate with different finances and help customer to get their vehicle financed if required

Inform and handover all the payment to respective department and share supporting receipt to the customer time to time

Update customer about the progress of deal time to time

Plan and discuss to meet the individual and team target time to time

Prepare and send report to reporting officer time to time

Coordinate with delivery department to ensure a better delivery experience of customer.

Maintains harmonious relationships with clients

Coordinate with different departments of the organization to get the things in order

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
