Need CSC Manager for Uttar Pradesh

Responsibilities :

Maintaining relations and Liason with various stake holders viz. Govt. departments, banks and other departmentsDay to day correspondence and communication with Govt. Departments and banksManaging day to day correspondence with various stake holdersDeveloping business around entire State of UP.Lead generation through various channels.Monitoring the team.Preparing day-to-day transaction reports.Leading the team of comprising of calling executives, marketing executives, etc.Preparing day to day to transaction reports.Reconciliation of reports.Follow up with various partnersAchieving the Sales Targets on weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and Annual Basis.Looking for new business avenues and tie-ups.Organizing time to time Orientation and training programs for the VLEs and CSCs.Hand Holding of the VLEs.Plan and prepare various strategies for achieving the business targets.Keep a track of business progress on daily basis of the down line team.Handling various day to day grievances and closure within the defined TAT.

QUALITATIVE

Achieving sales targets through the generation of leads

Activate & Penetrate CSC centres/ geographies for Insurance Sales

Arranging training programs for VLEs on products and selling skills

Increasing productivity of VLEs / Districts / geographies

New business, VLE activation, customer retention

QUANTITATIVE

Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual Sales Target

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
