Salary: 7500-12000(Plus Incentive and Performance Bonus)
Education: Graduation (B.A, B.Com), Passed Intermediate with One Year Experience.

Computer & MS Office Suite Knowlede Must.

Location: Patna (Gardanibagh, Hanuman Nagar, Rajendra Nagar, Patna City, Kadamkuan)

Responsibilities

Calling and lead Generation through Call
Having knowledge of MIS, Letter Drafting
Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
Handle queries and address complaints.
Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
Take messages and pass them on to the receiver.
Regularly check and sort emails.
Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
Maintain a visitors log book.
Have an overview of the office expenses and costs.
Any other administrative help.
Requirements

Any bachelor’s degree.
Prior experience in customer service as a Lead Generation through calls, Sales or relevant position.
Must know how to use office machinery like a printer, faxing machine, etc.
Computer knowledge (MS Office)
Excellent communication, written and people skills.
Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
Problem-solving ability with analytical skills.
Customer-oriented and professional attitude.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
