BPO Trainer

We are looking for part time trainer to conduct classes for youth, for entry level back end jobs in leading BPO sector companies.

Requirements:-

Candidate should train the youth for successful placement in top BPO companies.

Should have strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills

Good Communication, interpersonal skills

Excellent knowledge in customer service best practices.

Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.

Design training curriculum within time and budget constraints.

Produce physical and digital educational material.

Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.

Maintain updated records of training material, curriculum and costs

Salary - Scope to earn up to Rs.20,000 - Rs.25,000 of additional income in the next 5 months.
