Roles and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering a warm and caring patient experience while some of responsibilities are illustrated as follows :

Intermediate between the Aesthetic patients and doctor.Responsible for aesthetic business operations in the clinic, qualitatively and quantitativelyResponsible for providing training to junior Therapists in the clinicLead the aesthetic team in the clinicResponsible for maintaining all the aesthetic processes and records in systemResponsible for counselling and conversions of aesthetic patientsGiving demonstrations to patients.Responsible for renewals and reference collection from existing patientsPerform Hair / Skin Therapies such as Gro hair Stm Cell, HVT, Hydrafacials, Medifacials, Laser treatments, Dermaheal and many others which will keep getting added on a timely basisEnsure high degree of customer service.Responsible for Inventory ManagementResponsible for upkeep of aesthetic rooms ,equipments and consumables

Clinic Time:

Monday – Friday 11am to 8pm

Saturday – Sunday 10am to +pm

1 weekly off between Monday to Friday (fixed off).
