Should be able to generate new ideas on a daily basis
Sharp thinking & problem-solving skills is must
Should be a team player, adhere to deadlines & a good planner for scheduling the content
Self-motivated and a positive thinker
Must meet the deadlines
Having knowledge of graphics and illustrations is a big plus.
