The current opening is for our brand Layla's - Shawarma & Middle Eastern Kitchen which is an exciting delivery concept and one which is on a growth trajectory. Given the recent trend of increased deliveries, we are focussing on this brand to be a major mover within our organisation.

The ideal candidate has a passion for food production and the desire to grow as a chef. He must have knowledge and experience in preparing Middle Eastern / Mediterranean / European cuisine. Apart from this, those who are experts in Indian grills and have worked in highly rated outlets may also be considered.

Experience in other cuisines will not be considered for this job.

The candidate must:

• Be a fast and willing learner

• Must have the ability to lead his team

• Be consistent in his performance on a daily basis

• Be very diligent and disciplined

• Must be able to contribute in future menu planning

• Have a sense of innovation and flair in his cooking techniques

• Give hygiene utmost importance

• Give SOP utmost importance

• Basic computer skills are an advantage
