Admission Counsellor

Admissions responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Counselling & follow up with prospective students via Phone, Email and in person
Handling inbound & outbound calls & converting leads into admissions.
Resolving student & parents queries over telephone, emails and walk-ins.
Maintain effective communication till the time the learner is onboarded.
Maintain admission guidelines as per the criteria, policies and procedures.
Generate MIS Reports on a periodic basis.

Academics responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining the calendar of schedules for respective batches and academic data records.
To make sure all centre/student related activities run smoothly.
Organize events and induction programs for students & teachers.
Participate in education events, in-house events, fairs and engage with the student community.
Keep a track of assignments, learner resource distribution, examinations & evaluations.
To oversee/ facilitate vendor & faculty payment.
To maintain all records regarding students, faculty, resources, infrastructure etc.
Desired Skills:
Excellent Communication skills.
Experience in tele-counseling, education sales/ marketing / events etc.
Confident & Energetic with high energy and positive approach.
Well versed with Google Sheets, Google Meet, Zoom, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Working Days /Timing : Monday to Saturday / 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
