Develop/Review/Revise training content for offline/online training and digital modules for Verbal Ability and Soft Skills
Catalogue current question bank and create/add new questions as required, in the desired format
Create content for clients based on their requirements
Design curriculum and develop Verbal and Soft Skills Training content for clients
Design curriculum and develop Verbal and Soft Skills Training content for newly hired trainers
Coach new and existing trainers on communication, Verbal Ability and Soft Skills, periodically assess, give feedback and monitor improvement
Provide other training support to the Training Delivery Team
Deliver Verbal and Soft Skills Training as and when required
Perform any other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Requirements

Strong command over the English language - grammar and vocabulary
In-depth knowledge of Soft Skills
Any UG/PG degree
Prior experience in content development
Ability to create high-quality training content
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point/Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
Awareness of different training methodologies
Willingness to learn new concepts
Flexibility to switch tasks and take on new tasks
Ability to work closely with other teams

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
