Full Job Description
This position is responsible for creating content keeping the user’s experience in mind. The candidate will need to collaborate with designers, product owners and cross-functional partners to understand the message the content needs to deliver. The content will be created for multiple channels including web/mobile products, emails and short articles


Responsibilities:

Write clear and concise content across multiple digital and print channels.
Focus on writing effective microcopy that is intuitive to users
Collaborate with the design team to help them achieve copy that enhances a concept
Maintain the brand voice and tone that is synonymous with the company
Test versions of a copy/work, conduct user research in the effort to find the most effective content
Share work with other team members for feedback and also contribute to the team by providing feedback

Requirements:

Excellent writing and editing skills
Experience writing content for web/mobile products
Experience writing emails, landing pages, or editorial content
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate with designers, product owners and cross-functional partners
Passionate about writing copy that is effective and meets the creative brief
Experience writing for social channels or audiences is a plus

Education and Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years work experience in a UX writing or technical writing role
Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
