Job Description Day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Counselling Students the entire sales cycle: Prospecting, Counselling & closing 2. Provide market intelligence and information for enhancing customer experiences and cataloging titles 3. Address walk - in enquiries 4. Share information on various resources for UPSC preparation, application process, and deadline on proactive basis where applicable 5. Ensure student/parent satisfaction, sorting out their queries and leading them accordingly 6. Establishing and maintaining good rapport with prospective customers 7.
