Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Product allocation to stores / digital channels to meet departmental sales and stock targets. Input introductory and minimum build quantities in SAP for replenishments (working within the department stock targets). Product allocation to stores / digital channels to meet departmental sales and stock targets. Monitoring stock position and maintaining stock norm through the weekly reports. Maximizing sales and sell-through across channels. Analyzing sales to provide reports and proposals for driving future sales. Reviewing the size-wise availability of the catalog and take required actions. Ensuring product listing across digital channels as per catalog Ensuring best use of available merchandise in line with sales trends. Analyzing sales ratios against buying and actual intake ratios to optimize ratio availability; share feedback on sales ratio to influence future orders. Effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders, particularly the B&M; team. Leverage new systems and processes to optimize business.
