Job Description
Human resource executive will be responsbile for manging manpower in two divisions (Automobile & Retails).
Your key roles is to understand the needs of respective incharges and creating job desription and iniviting candidates for recuritment.
Your responsibility are as follows:
Hiring and recruitmentCreating job descritionPlanning Interviews and schedulesOnboarding and trainingDocumenting rules and regulationsDeveloping workplace atmosphereConflict resolutionPositive reinforcementRecording and reportingManaging compensation and benefits

Salary: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
