Position: HR MANAGER

Location: DHAMTARI

Salary: Upto 30,000( CTC)

Experiences: 3 to 5 yrs ( as a HR Manager)

JD:  HR COMPLIANCES ( FULL KNOWLEDGE OF FORMS & COMPLIANCES )

P.F ,ESIC WORKING,

LABOUR PAYMENT MANAGEMENT

LICENCES RENEWAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY, WELLFARE

Calculating suitable salaries and remuneration for the various designationsProviding the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.Develop and Maintain employee personal files, salary files, Statutory files, Attendance Registers, leave cardsIssue salary slip to employees as a summary of their earnings per month. Complete f and f procedures.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, execute and maintain all the statutory records.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
