Android Application Developer

We are building a web platform and are looking for talented Native Android developers to join our exciting team.

Technical Requirements:

3-5 years of solid hands-on experience in native Android application development
Atleast 3 years of hands-on experience working on actively used Android application
Atleast 2 years of experience using Android SDK and Kotlin/Java
Understanding of concepts of Android application architecture and its components
Experience with performance optimization for the apps to run at full efficiency
Experience with interacting with backend infrastructure using RESTful APIs
Hands-on experience with Android's debugging, unit testing, memory, and performance optimization tools
Preferred knowledge (knowing these will be an added advantage):

Prior experience working on video streaming platform is a huge plus and greatly preferred
Experience with Flutter or Native React will be a plus
If you can showcase a working application or website built using Ruby on Rails, you get our attention
Product development and build automation using CI/CD (we use Gitlab)
Devops tools like Docker and cloud platforms like AWS
Understanding of version control (GIT)
Networking basics and understanding on TCP/IP protocols would help you with your job

Work with other team members to collaborate on the project
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Propose new ideas and help adopting new technologies to enhance the application design and improve efficiency
Software engineering basics and solid understanding of object-oriented programing concepts
Enjoys technical challenges and problem solving
Excited to explain complex technical concepts and share knowledge with the team with varying technical expertise both internally and externally
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or other related degrees or training or relevant work experience
Write clean, well tested code and automate build and integration for efficient rollout.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
