Full Job Description
We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside with IT teams and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest Ecommerce market and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with IT developers and managerial staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Ability to read and create process models and description and perform gap analysis between API integration.
Provide API solution with minimal assistance.
Experience with data modeling, information management, and data flows
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Analyze Integration and API solutions for optimal performance and business correctness
Set up Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn pages and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science
A minimum of 2 year’s experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to work closely with IT teams to determine acceptable solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge on social media networking is a plus
