Job Description – Sr. Social Executive

Key responsibilities:

Training and supervising a cohort of social media specialists.Creating written pieces that are sharp,memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.Implement organic social media campaignsCreate content plans with the social teamEffective coordination and understanding creative requirementsUsing appropriate research tools to support planningUsing analysis tools to measure performance and interpret findings into action planCompiling weekly and monthly reports on social growth and performanceIdentify and work with appropriate content creators to build a pipeline of contentManage channel growth in line with targetsSetting objectives of social team and managing performanceWork closely with copywriters & designers to ensure right products are pushed at the correct timeWorking with the digital team on paid social to optimise campaigns and spendRemaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.

Key skills (requirements):

Experience 2-4yrsAbility to work in fast paced environmentExperienced at using scheduling and analysis toolsExpert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.Experienced at managing a team through KPIsStrong communicator.Will have worked at a senior level within social media for at least 3 years.Experience managing paid social (preferred but not essential).Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.
