Job Description
Role: Sales, Marketing and Implementations Executive
Job Location: Bangaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 1-3 years of experience with Interior company.
Responsibilities
The candidate must demonstrate independence, excellence and integrity in decision-making and business judgment. Sales executive manager should be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures. A wide degree of creativity is expected. Partnering directly with the Business Team, as a member of his line management staff.
1. To achieve budgeted Sales, profitability, collection and growth targets as per short term (Monthly, Quarterly) and long term (1 year) business plan of the assigned region.
To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
To support the service team by providing customer feedback.
To develop good client relationships.
To provide reports as per the requirement.
7. Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence to lead the team of individuals and ensure that the team meets its goals in terms of numbers and professional development.
8. Carry out research on changing needs and trends in the market to ensure organization serves and adjusts to the changes and competencies.
+. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements
1. Relevant experience in Interior designing Company.
2. Good Leadership skills and excellent organizational skills.
3. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
4. Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
5. Should be well versed with marketing metrics.
6. Should have demonstrated strategic thinking in building the marketing direction.
7. An understanding of what makes for good user experience.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
