Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


MIS reporting to Management on daily basis.
Day to Day Accounting activities.
Bank Reconciliation
Sale/ Purchase invoices.
GST Returns
TDS
Preparations of Special Reports & Various MIS reports.
Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
Prepare workable budgets, work plans sheets.
Coordinate with Vehicles / Drivers/ Transporters.
Generating financial statements (P&L and B/S).
Timely and accurate report automation.
Data Analysis.
Preparing & Presenting of PPT’s.
Extensive usage of Ms Advance Excel, V-Look up, Aggregate function, H looks up.
Good command in Typing & prepare sheets quickly.

Skills Required:

Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be very good in Advance Excel.
Experience required in corporate Accounts/Tally Executive in a professional firm.
Must be Graduate/Post Graduate.
Computer literate ,Tally (MS Office, MS Outlook and especially in advance MS Excel).
Presentable.
Management Reporting.
Excellent Knowledge of MS office document generation.
