Job Responsibilities

Create social media strategies – both organic and paid for the current and potential clients for growth on various metrics – followers, engagement, lead generation, and moreOversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistencyHandle essential paid media marketing for the clients on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminologyCreate periodical social media performance reports in a detailed mannerAct as the central point of communication with the client, understand their needs and expectations, get the team to execute the concerned tasks, and solicit client approval promptlyCommunicate with a group of 4-5 members consisting of graphic designers, content writers, copywriters, web developers, and seniors to get things done effectively and smoothlyHandle immediate and significant client requests w.r.t. social media, website improvement, and moreCreate self-explanatory work papers for team briefings, client briefings, and more

Job Qualifications

Graduation in any subject (business and marketing preferable)1-3 years of social media management and content writing experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills – EnglishStrong verbal communication skills – HindiAbility to prepare well-formatted and self-explanatory work papersProficient in using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot.Strong computer skills using tools like MS-Office, Slack, SEMrush,Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attentionStrong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreachCritical thinker and problem solverAdaptive, agile, and collaborativeSelf-motivated and self-directed
