Operation Executive

An operation executive generates policies, processes, and strategies and they help companies run efficiently and smoothly. They are responsible for the part of the workforce team directly managing the operation and maintenance of facilities. The candidate is responsible for ensuring production deadlines are met maintaining quality control standards. Managing daily operations is another important key role for the executive. The job duties of an operation executive include preparing an oversight of operational budget, developing strategies and procedures that increase efficiency and maximize profits, oversight of the day to day operations, create sales or production goals often in cooperation with executives and chief executive officer, identify issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services and creation of a solution to promptly address problems.
