Position: Spa Front Office Manager Operations & Sales

The most loved & largest premium spa & Salon brand in India - Ode Spa & Salon is hiring! As Ode moves strongly to expand it's outlets to 100 stores across 30+ cities in India, we are looking at energetic & passionate associates to join our growing teams across the country.

Responsibilities:

The Cluster Manager /Spa Manager / Duty Manager at Ode Spa & Salon will be responsible to manage a team of associates & the unit operations (within a star rated hotel / Malls/ Airport setting) to achieve business objectives, with a focus on the below.

A. Operations

Ensure smooth business operations at the spa center. Should be able to maintain high standards of ethics. Increase client and hotel engagement.

B. Marketing Goals

Work with the business & marketing team to execute relevant marketing & activation tools to achieve business objectives. Responsible for ensuring that the brand guidelines are followed properly.

C. Financial Goals

Enhance revenue from services, memberships and other products to achieve budgets.

D. Quality Assurance

Ensure strict implementation of SOPs. Take initiatives towards customer service recovery, with attention to details as an attitude towards work.

E. MIS & Reporting

Monitoring & making daily, weekly and month MIS, along with other reporting's in line with business requirements

Experience and desirables:

Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Hotel management / Aviation / Sales & Marketing / Retail ManagementShould possess excellent communication skillsStrong customer relationship skills, team player with high degree of empathyExperience across multi-store retail / F&B / hospitality front office / hotel sales is preferredFor Airport Locations (Passport is Mandatory)
