Responsible for driving operations & People in the hub.Adherence to SOPs' wrt Operations, Quality, Safety.Recruiting and training Delivery Boys as per requirement.Optimum utilization of the manpower spread in different shifts.Collection of cash, accounting and reconciliation with ERP and deposit as per operation standard.Accountable for stock audit, reconciliation and accuracy at any point of time.Promptly and effectively manage customer complaints.
