Full Job Description
Ø Preparation MIS Report weekly & monthly.

Ø Preparation sheet of revenue and expenses.

Ø Preparation of Final Accounts monthly & annually closed.

Ø Preparation Internal Audit report of companies’.

Ø Preparation Balance sheet and profitability statement. Like (Trading a/c, Profit& Loss a/c, Depreciation chart )

Ø Preparation of bank reconciliation,

Ø Maintenance of all day to day transaction in Tally ERP + &Busy Feeding of vouchers like (journal / Bank).

Ø Preparation document renewal for CashCredit limit&Maintain Bank Stock Statement Monthly.

Ø Maintain petty cash and Banking operations.

Ø Preparation of Goods & Service tax computation and Reports like(GSTR1, GST R2A,GST 3B )Return online&offline

Ø Preparation of stock report, Manufacturing A\c Handling in material inward and outward register

Ø Preparation Calculation sheet of TDS for deposited & Returns also Quarterly & Monthly

in forms 24q, 26q, 27q monthly.,

Ø Preparation statements of ESI & PF for Salary Sheet &Distribution.

Ø Preparation reconciliationsheet accounts of Debtors and Creditors&made payment.

Ø Laisning with bank &GST department

Ø Finalization of Documents for sale tax assessment case

Ø Only local ghaziabad candidiate required.

Ø Job timing +am-6pm , Weekly off Sunday.
