About Pico Capital
PICO Capital Private Ltd., is a Mumbai based finance company, operating as a registered NBFC. We are a Family Office with investments in a range of asset classes - stocks, bonds, real estate, alternatives, and start-ups.

Position Summary
We are looking for a self-driven, result-oriented Personal Assistant to the Executive Director. Besides the personal assistant duties, the job also entails providing support for a wide variety of activities related to office administration, supporting operations team, CSR and Human resource. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the Director in all the aspects of business and be a part of the team who act as a SPOC for the Director.
• Experience in managing unstructured problems. Complete critical aspects of deliverable with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, legal/personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Directors ability to effectively lead the company.
• Additionally, work under pressure with excellent attention to detail and handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Ability to quickly build good working relationships at all levels and collaborate effectively with a range of internal/external contacts.
• Play a supporting role in all the functions of the company.
• Calendar management .
• Maintaining MIS in required domain.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process.
• Assist with employee verification, on-boarding, exit formalities and report key findings. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
• Assist with Attendance and Leave Management and assist finance team with monthly data for processing payroll.
• Engage in all Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects for the company.
• Maintain database of all employees files, records, email logins, passwords, drive, data etc with confidentiality. Archive emails of employees before they exit the company and store the backup systematically.
• Email management and communication with DP, Fund Houses, Advocates, Compliance officers.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
• Graduate, MBA in HR preferred.
• Minimum 4-5years of experience as a personal secretary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize with a problem solving attitude.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and strong work ethic.
• Needs to be tactful and diplomatic when it comes to navigating tricky situations.
• Adaptable, flexible, and resilient, able to cope with the pressure of managing the demands of a high volume of work and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and must be tech-savvy.
Requirements
• Mumbai candidates will be given preference.
• Preferred age group: 35-45 years. Those below 30 years need not apply.
• The notice period should not be more than 60 days.
• Candidate must mention expected CTC and last drawn CTC.
• Work from office is a must, need to commute to the office daily. If not feasible kindly do not apply
